Abstract

La alineación parental, es aquel conjunto de acciones que los padres realizan en sus hijos, como puede ser el impedimento injustificado de las visitas, el no permitir que los hijos compartan tiempo con el padre o madre, causando en el niño o niña una transformación de conciencia. A la vez, la alienación parental es considerada como un síndrome que los padres causan en sus hijos, que como consecuencia desemboca en un daño psicológico, es decir, que ya sea el padre o la madre durante el proceso de separación y custodia de los hijos incide de forma negativa en los hijos, con la única finalidad de destruir el vínculo familiar. También puede comprenderse como una manipulación por parte de cualquiera de los dos progenitores y de tal forma, este pierde toda la confianza y respeto en su hijo. Es por ello que el objetivo del trabajo se orientó hacia: realizar una evaluación neutrosófica del conocimiento sobre sobre la alienación parental y el derecho superior del menor. En la investigación se siguió los postulados de la investigación no experimental de tipo cuantitativa y sobre este enfoque se describen los métodos. Además se asume desde la perspectiva neutrosófica el método aplicado pues este vincula en la práctica varias áreas del conocimiento. Los resultados obtenidos son vaibles y tienen un adecuado nivel de efectividad.
