ROAST: Reference-free Optimisation of Assembled SuperTranscriptome-test data

Abstract

Arabidopsis test dataset consists of paired-end fast files, initial assembly in fasta format, improved assembly by ROAST along with log files and summary output, and TransRate scoring matrices for both initial and improved assembly.
