Abstract

las áreas de la orientación, y en este caso en particular la orientación educativa, la cual funge como la directriz para realizar la investigación, encaminada a las funciones que debe cumplir, las características que debe tener, y las cualidades que se debe poseer un orientador. Destacando que el tema a investigar radica en identificar las causas por las cuales los alumnos de primer año son canalizados al departamento de Orientación Educativa, cabe mencionar, que en el nivel básico es cuando los alumnos tienen inquietudes sobre sinfín de temas que surgen a su alrededor, así como también presentan cambios tanto físicos como internos, derivado de su mayor o menor grado de madurez y desarrollo, por tanto es conveniente que exista un acompañamiento en ese trayecto como se mencionó anteriormente, con la finalidad de que el alumno pueda contar ese apoyo brindado, aunado a que la orientación educativa debe tener un ámbito definido sobre el cual trabajar y por ende, en esta investigación permea la importancia de identificar las causas por las cuales los alumnos son canalizados a dicho departamento. Lo anterior se lleva a cabo mediante una serie de instrumentos (entrevistas y cuestionarios) realizados con la finalidad de ahondar más en el tema y llegar a posibles respuestas que coadyuven al logro de la investigación.
