Dataset for "The Impact of the South Atlantic Anomaly on the Aurora System"

The attached files contain the data to reproduce Figures 1-3, which are in .mat and can be loaded with Matlab (load) or Python (scipy.io. loadmat). What follows is the detailed description of these files, which give variables’ names, units and descriptions. For more detailed information, please contact the Principal Investigator (PI) of the Fengyu-3E/AC Vector Magnetometer: Qiu-Gang Zong (qgzong@pku.edu.cn), or the one who is in charge of processing this dataset: Zhi-Yang Liu (zhiyangliu@pku.edu.cn). Particularly, individuals interested in using the raw scientific data (FY3E_AC_PSD_GEO.zip and FY3E_AC_PSD_FAC.zip) are encouraged to contact the PI as early as possible, in case there are any updates to the data.
