Abstract

Цель работы: проанализировать данные выявления антигена вируса КЭ в иммуноферментном анализе (ИФА) при обследовании иксодовых клещей, присосавшихся к людям на южных территориях Приморского края за период 2014–2016 гг. Материалы и методы: всего было обследовано 3323 экземпляра клещей, присосавшихся к людям в природных очагах юга и юго-востока Приморья в период 2014–2016 гг. Обследование клещей проводили методом иммуноферментного анализа. Результаты и обсуждение: заболеваемость КЭ на территории Приморского края в 2014, 2015, 2016 гг. была крайне низкой от 0,86% до 1,37% на 100 тыс. населения. Летальные случаи были зафиксированы в 2014 г. и в 2016 г. по 1 случаю. Антиген ВКЭ выявлен в 3,2% у присосавшихся клещей, что указывало на низкий уровень вирусофорности иксодовых клещей на территории Приморского края в изучаемый период. Несмотря на низкие показатели заболеваемости КЭ и зараженности клещей ВКЭ в последние годы, проблема КЭ все же остается актуальной и требует постоянных эпидемиологических наблюдений. Tick-borne encephalitis is an actual problem for the Primorsky territory to date. Purpose: to conduct data analysis on the detection of the TBEV antigen by using of an enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) in the investigation of ixodid ticks biting people in the southern Primorye Territory for 2014–2016. Materials and methods: 3323 specimens of ticks attached people in natural foci in the south and south-east of Primorye in 2014-2016 were examined. Ticks were examined by the method of enzyme immunoassay (ELISA). Results and discussion: Incidence of tick-borne encephalitis in Primorsky Krai in 2014, 2015, 2016 was extremely low from 0.86% to 1.37% per 100 thousand of the population. Lethal cases were recorded in 2014 and in 2016 for 1 case. Antigen TBEV was detected in 3,2% of sucking ticks, which indicated a low level of virulence ixodid ticks in the territory of Primorsky Krai in the studied period. Despite the low rates of tick-borne encephalitis morbidity and infection of ticks TBEV in recent years, TBEV problem still remains urgent and requires constant epidemiological observations.
