ECL 3.0 is a highly sensitive cross-linking mass spectrometry data analysis tool, developed by Yu's group at HKUST (https://bioinformatics.hkust.edu.hk/). It is the extension of ECL-PF and is capable of analyzing both non-cleavable and cleavable cross-linking data. Additionally, a user-friendly graphical interface version of the Windows system has been designed for convenient usage.
