This repository contains files that describe the ~36 million contigs that were assembled from 1,782 metagenomes metagenomes_contigs.tar.gz Fasta files of contig sequences. One file per metagenome metagenomes_metadata.txt Information about the 1,782 metagenomes metagenomes_taxonomic_abundances.txt.gz Taxonomic abundances in metagenomes, inferred by kraken2 and bracken metagenomes_contigs_summary.txt.gz PlasX scores Metagenomic coverage and detection Circularity
