Abstract

La ingeniería de software educativo se ha convertido en un campo de investigación con un alto nivel de aplicación, dado que el proceso de desarrollo de todo sistema de software educativo se lleva a cabo utilizando metodologías ágiles, lo que nos permite reducir el nivel de dificultad, organizar las tareas, agilizar el proceso y mejorar el resultado final de las aplicaciones a desarrollar. Las aplicaciones de software educativo desarrolladas en el pasado fueron en la mayoría de los casos los esfuerzos de profesores con cierta experiencia en ciencias de la computación o ingenieros con algún interés en el campo de la educación. El objetivo de este artículo es realizar un análisis comparativo de metodologías ágiles con mayor aplicación para el desarrollo de software en instituciones educativas, mencionando el número de instituciones que hacen uso de estas metodologías ágiles. La metodología de este artículo es mixta, por tal motivo es cualitativa y cuantitativa, basada en la búsqueda de información en base de datos de fuentes de información verificadas. Con la información recopilada se llegó al análisis de las dos metodologías ágiles utilizadas para el desarrollo de Software por el sector educativo, lo que permite reducción de tiempo en el desarrollo de actividades, mejorar la eficiencia y calidad, mediante la capacidad de brindar respuesta al cambio de manera satisfactoria.
