Abstract

Code underlying the manuscript "Distribution-modeling quantifies collective Th cell decision circuits in chronic inflammation". # Usage Download repository to local drive and set up a python environment (conda) with dependencies listed below. When running the code, the working directory is expected to be the same dir as the respective source file. # Requirements python 3.9.12 scipy 1.7.3 seaborn 0.11.2 pandas 1.4.2 numpy 1.21.5 numba 0.55.1 matplotlib 3.5.1 lmfit 1.0.3 Pathway analysis was run using R version 4.2.1 with the clusterProfiler package.
