This Python script performs various image processing operations on a set of images from confocal microscopy to compute NPQ (Non-Photochemical Quenching). The script is named compute_npq.py and requires Python 3 or later. A sample of input '.png' files is available in the data folder and can be used as described in READM.md file. compute-NPQ.zip
