It is generally seen that industrial relations occur as a dependent variable within the formation and processes of industrialization. From this perspective, industrial relations are clearly influenced by the economic, social, political, historical, cultural, legal and ideological structures of societies. Thus, each of these factors can be seen as a cause of social differences in industrial relations. On the other hand, when we look at the social and economic effects of industrial relations, we can also speak of a mutual interaction. The impact of industrialization on politicization may appear to vary depending on the political and economic structure of the country, the character of the system of government, the cultural values of the society and many other factors. Moreover, it should be kept in mind that the political effects of industrialization can be positive or negative and can lead to different outcomes such as democratization or authoritarianism. Finally, as Industrial and Industrial Relations is a historical process that is developed in some societies, underdeveloped or underdeveloped and developing in others, in order to express these interactions, developments and cause-effect relationships more clearly in our research, the need to look at it from the perspective of the historical process has arisen and the subject is presented in this way.
