This repository contains a collection of files that were used in the article Poulain et al. (2023) -- Multi-compartmental model of glymphatic clearance of solutes in brain tissue (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0280501) to generate meshes of a ratbrain. It includes python-scripts for generating a FEniCS-compatible meshes from the included stl-files, as well as a 3DSlicer-compatible (https://www.slicer.org/) segmentation file that were used to generate the stls.
