Abstract

Im Rahmen der Green-Startup-Förderung der DBU konnte prosumergy seinen integrierten dezentralen Energieversorgungsansatz auf die Anwendungsfelder Gewerbeimmobilien und E-Mobilität ausdehnen. Als auf die Planung und Umsetzung von Mieterstromprojekten spezialisiertes Start-Up bestand für pro-sumergy dank der Förderung, für die der DBU unser herzlicher Dank gilt, die Möglichkeit der systema-tischen und umfassenden Auseinandersetzung mit diesen beiden künftig weiter an Bedeutung gewin-nenden Geschäftsfeldern. So konnten die Entwicklung der zugehörigen Geschäfts- und Erlösmodelle angestoßen, Software-Tools (weiter-)entwickelt und vertragliche Grundlagen erarbeitet werden. Der Energiemarkt war während des Förderzeitraums von erheblichen Verwerfungen geprägt, welche sich auch auf einige Arbeitspakete auswirkten. Ziel der unternehmerischen Erschließung der beiden Ge-schäftsfelder war neben der betriebswirtschaftlichen Erweiterung des Angebotsportfolios vor allem die Unterstützung bei der Dekarbonisierung dieser wichtigen Bereiche. Denn ohne den umfassenden Ein-satz von lokal erzeugtem Solarstrom für die Versorgung von Gewerbeimmobilien und E-Ladepunkten in Mehrparteienimmobilien würde die Energiewende zwei in puncto Umweltrelevanz und gesellschaft-licher Akzeptanz maßgebliche Anwendungsfelder übergehen. Dem sollte das vorliegende Projekt ent-gegenwirken.
