This dataset is supplementary material for Müller, S.A., Paltra, S., Rehmann, J., Nagel, K., Conrad, T.O.F. Explicit modeling of antibody levels for infectious disease simulations in the context of SARS-CoV-2. iScience. 2023;26(9):107554. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.isci.2023.107554 The dataset is also used in the Math+ project EF4-13 "Modeling Infection Spreading and Counter-Measures in a Pandemic Situation Using Coupled Models" to perform the epidemic simulation studies for Cologne. The open dataset contains a 25 percent sample of the original dataset. The code for running the simulation is also available in this Github repository: https://github.com/matsim-org/matsim-episim. For the terms of use, please see the associated LICENSE file. More information can be found on our website: https://covid-sim.info/. If you have questions, please contact covid19@vsp.tu-berlin.de . Available files: cologne_snz_entirePopulation_emptyPlans_withDistricts_25pt_split.xml.gz: Population including all persons having activities in one of the events files. The person attributes are homeId, homeCoordinates, age, district of home. The coordinates are in grid accuracy of 300m. cologne_snz_episim_events_sa_25pt_split.xml.gz cologne_snz_episim_events_so_25pt_split.xml.gz cologne_snz_episim_events_wt_25pt_split.xml.gz The episim events files for a weekday, Saturday and Sunday. The events files are filtered for the only necessary types of events (actend, actstart, PersonEntersVehicle, PersonLeavesVehicle). cologne_2020-vehicles.xml.gz File includes a mapping of vehiclesIds to the vehilce type. cologne_facilities_assigned_simplified_grid.xml.gz Including the facilities used in the evnts files. The coordinates are in grid accuracy of 300m. cologne_until20221231_mobility_data.csv Daily mobility data for Cologne for the simulated period.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
