Abstract

Chuyển đổi số và vấn đề bản quyền trong hoạt động thư viện ngày nay cần được đặt trong bối cảnh các xu thế của thế giới về khoa học mở, giáo dục mở, tài nguyên giáo dục mở và văn hóa mở/OpenGLAM. Kinh nghiệm của Europeana có thể là trường hợp điển hình tốt để tham khảo về cách tiếp cận hiện đại này.
