In April 2023, the Workshop Data Stewards Job Profiles: Build and Sustain Capacity for FAIR Implementation was organised to discuss the status and lessons learnt from the adoption and implementation of official data stewards job profiles at different Research Performing Organisations in the Netherlands, two years after the publication of Professionalising data stewardship in the Netherlands: competences, training and education - Dutch roadmap towards national implementation of FAIR data stewardship (Jetten et al., 2021).
