This study analyzes aspects of functional integration between the Zakat institution and the Waqf Foundation, and it assesses the value of their resources in the short, medium and long terms, it also shows the importance of their resources in securing basic needs, and achieving economic, financing and investment empowerment for the interested parties of both institutions. This study also defines the institutional mechanisms for establishing the third sector in the Algerian economy and Islamic economies and promoting the role of this sector in covering basic needs, through real economic mobility, as an alternative to aid forms in traditional economic policies. الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة جوانب التكامل الوظيفي بين مؤسسة الزكاة ومؤسسة الأوقاف، وتقدير حجم مواردهما في المدي القصير والمتوسط والطويل، وتبيان أهمية مواردهما في تـأمين الاحتياجات الأساسية لحد الكفاية، وتحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي، والتمويلي، والاستثماري، للأطراف ذات المصلحة في المؤسستين. كما تحدد المنظومة المؤسسية لإقامة القطاع الثالث في الاقتصاد الجزائري والاقتصاديات الإسلامية وترقية دوره في تغطية الاحتياجات الأساسية، من خلال الحركية الاقتصادية الحقيقية، كبديل للمعونات واشكال المساعدات في السياسات الاقتصادية التقليدية. الكلمات المفتاحية التكامل الوظيفي؛ مؤسسة الزكاة؛ مؤسسة الأوقاف
