Teambuilding como herramienta para la mejora del desempeño laboral en docentes universitarios de instituciones privadas

Abstract

El Teambuilding es un recurso que permite la integración y cooperación de los miembros de una organización superando cualquier tipo de conflictos; particularmente, puede ser de utilidad en el escenario afrontado por los profesores ante el miedo por la pandemia de Covid-19, lo cual incide de manera directa en sus relaciones académicas. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo caracterizar el Teambuilding como herramienta para la mejora del desempeño laboral en docentes universitarios de instituciones privadas. Se fundamentó principalmente en los aportes de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (2020), Aldana, Salón y Guzmán (2019), Rivero (2019), Ayoví-Caicedo (2019), Sum (2015), entre otros. La metodología utilizada fue documental, con nivel descriptivo, mediante la compilación, revisión y análisis de referencias impresas y digitales. Las estrategias expuestas, sustentadas en este recurso, son esenciales para optimizar el clima de trabajo y en consecuencia mejorar la relación laboral con visión participativa, de pertinencia, cohesión e integración de equipo, cónsona con la realidad social del momento, en post pandemia. Se recomienda el Teambuilding con el propósito de desarrollar en los docentes destrezas, habilidades e incentivos para la cooperación; incrementar la comunicación, motivación, compromiso, respeto, solidaridad y actitud positiva.
