Abstract

Data originally published in, "Chromatin loop dynamics during cellular differentiation are associated with changes to both anchor and internal regulatory features". Full data available at GEO (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/) under SuperSeries 213909. These data are used as sample data for a Bioconductor workshop. The files were filtered for just chromosome 1.
