İlişkisel Pazarlama ve Hasta Memnuniyeti Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma özel sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanan yabancı hastaların memnuniyetlerinin ilişki pazarlaması ile arasındaki ilişkiyi ve ilişkisel pazarlamanın hasta memnuniyetine olan etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. İlişkisel pazarlama yöntemlerinin günümüzde önemi oldukça büyüktür. İşletmeler kar oranlarını arttırma zorlu rekabet ortamında rakiplerinden önde olmayı tercih ederler ve nedenle sıklıkla ilişkisel pazarlama uygulamasını kullanırlar. Alınan kaliteli hizmet sonucu hastaların hastaneye olan bağlılıkları ve memnuniyetleri artar. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak İstanbul’da özel sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanan yabancı hastalara anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Toplanan tüm Veriler SPSS 22.0 paket programında analiz edildi. Sürekli verilerin gösterimi (ortalama, standart sapma) ile verildi. Verilerin normal dağılıma uyumu Shapiro-Wilk Testi ve çarpıklık basıklık katsayısı ile sınandı. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinde Regresyon analizi kullanıldı. İstatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi 0,05 olarak belirlendi. Yapılan analiz ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda İlişkisel pazarlama ile hasta memnuniyeti arasında olumlu bir ilişkinin olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır.
