Abstract

Замонавий бошқарув тизимлари охирги фойдаланувчиларнинг тор даражада ихтисослаштирилган сўровлари асосида ишлаб чиқилган бўлиб, бу тизимларнинг мураккаблашишига олиб келади, бу вақтни кўпайтиришни, ишлаб чиқувчиларнинг малакасига қўйиладиган талабларни оширишни ва бошқарув тизимининг якуний функционаллигининг ортиқчалигинианглатади. Бошқариш тизимларининг таҳлили шуни кўрсатдики, халқ хўжалиги учун муҳим бўлган долзарб илмий муаммо мавжуд бўлиб, у технологик жиҳозни мантиқий бошқаришнинг замонавий тизимларини дастурий таъминотни жорий этишнинг назарий асосларини яратишдан иборат.
