Urgensi Label Halal Pada Produk Makanan Perspektif Hukum Islam

Abstract

Studi ini memahami pentingnya mengingat tanda halal untuk makanan di fasilitas industri dapur pastry toko Roti Vandan Wangi. Masih banyak pelaku bisnis yang membuat produk yang tidak sesuai syariat Islam dan tidak memikirkan pentingnya mencantumkan label halal pada setiap produknya. Sementara itu, masih ada konsumen yang tidak memperhatikan apakah produk yang dibelinya memiliki label halal atau tidak. Pendekatan studi kasus dipadukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Metode dan pendekatan ini dirancang agar peneliti dapat segera terjun ke lapangan dan berkonsentrasi pada satu objek penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan temuan yang konkrit dan komprehensif. Metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan langsung mendatangi tempat pembuatan, memimpin pertemuan dengan pemilik Vandan Wangi Pastry kitchen. Pemeriksaan informasi dilakukan dengan menyusun informasi, menggambarkannya menjadi unit-unit, menggabungkan, merangkai menjadi desain, mengumpulkan informasi sehingga analis dapat menyelesaikan realitas yang terjadi di lapangan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi Vandan Wangi Bakery memenuhi persyaratan halal hukum Islam untuk suatu produk; suatu makanan dianggap halal jika memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Hal ini tergantung dari bahan-bahan yang menggunakan bahan-bahan yang baik dan halal, tidak ada unsur kandungan yang haram, selain itu juga dilihat dari cara pembuatan, penyimpanan, pengiriman, penyajian yang paling umum juga tidak dilarang. makanan atau barang yang berantakan.
