Abstract

This repository contains experimental data on the thermal conductivity of basaltic and silicate glasses at high pressure and a variety of temperature conditions. This dataset is presented in a manuscript submitted by Wen-Pin Hsieh, Yun-Yuan Chang, Yi-Chi Tsao, Chun-Hung Lin, and Kenny Vilella entitled: Thermally-insulating magma ocean and implications for deep Earth’s thermo-chemical evolution
