The current study throws light on Sardar Milkha Singh, an Indian track and field athlete and recipient of the Padma Shri award, and his significant contributions to the world of sports. The book "The Race of my Life," written by Milkha Singh and his daughter Sonia Sanwalka, was published in 2013. Life situations were used as the foundation for this study.
