PROCENA RASPOLOŽIVE REAKTIVNE SNAGE GENERATORA U REALNOM VREMENU

Abstract

Na deregulisanom tržištu električne energije od izuzetnog značaja je održavanje prenosne moći vodova na predefinisanom nivou u svakom trenutku. Da bi se postigao taj cilj, odgovarajuća sekundarna regulacija napona treba da bude implementirana u čvoru mreže gde je elektrana priključena, ili u najbližem pilot-čvoru. Da bi se postigla optimalna (minimalni troškovi, povećana pouzdanost) sekundarna regulacija napona u bitnim čvorovim prenosne mreže neophodno je iskoristiti punu reaktivnu mogućnost generatora, zadržavajući pri tome maksimalnu moguću rezervu reaktivne snage u datim pogonskim uslovima. U radu je prikazan jedan metod za određivanje stvarne raspoložive reaktivne snage generatora koja se može upotrebiti za podršku napona u prenosnoj mreži. Metod se temelji na proračunavanju granica reaktivnog opterećenja generatora u realnom vremenu, uzimajući u obzir ne samo ograničenja pojedinih komponenti generatora nego i ograničenja zbog dozvoljenog opsega napona napajanja opreme sopstvene potrošnje. Takođe su u radu prikazani nedostaci postojeće prakse, upotrebe na klasičan način određene pogonske karte i uzimanje u obzir uticaja promene terminalnog napona generatora. Pokazano je da stvarna reaktivna podrška, koju generator može da obezbedi prenosnoj mreži, može biti jako redukovana u odnosu na reaktivnu sposobnost koju definiše standardna pogonska karta koja je isporučena uz generator od strane proizvođača. Predložen metod omogućuje potpuno iskorišćenje stvarno raspoložive reaktivne snage jednog generatora, i posledično tome cele elektrane, radi podrške napona prenosne mreže.
