ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛЬНЫХ ДАННЫХ В ЯПОНИИ

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы защиты персональных данных в Японии. Выделены характерные черты японского регулирования в сфере защиты персональных данных. Рассмотрен основной закон в сфере защиты персональных данных для частных компаний. Проанализирована эффективность положений законодательства и его проблемные вопросы, а также рассмотрено влияние на правоприменение традиционных культурных ценностей Японии. На основе проведенного исследования автор делает вывод, что главная особенность регулирования японского законодательства в данной сфере – это сохранение баланса между интересами экономики и субъектами персональных данных.
