The webinar Governance and Business Models for setting up a Living Lab took place on 29 June 2023 10:00 – 11:30 CEST. This second webinar focused on two main topics: Governance and Business Models. The presenters helped participants better understand what governance and business models are and why such models are important for the success of a Living Lab. In this webinar, participants learned about the different types of governance models and how to build a governance model that incorporates a variety of actors. Finally, the speakers presented some of the most effective strategies to build a self-sustained LL, providing examples of best practices. Watch the recording
