PARALELAN RAD GRUPNIH REGULATORA POBUDE I REAKTIVNE SNAGE U DVE BLISKE ELEKTRANE

Abstract

U radu je prikazan paralelan rad dva uređaja za grupnu regulaciju pobude i reaktivne snage (GRPRS) koji su instalirani u dve najveće termoelektrane (TE) u Srbiji, TE „Nikola Tesla A“ i TE “Nikola Tesla B”. Osnovna namena uređaja GRPRS je da vrši sporu regulaciju napona na sabirnicama na koje je elektrana priključena automatskim podešavanjem nivoa generisanih reaktivnih snaga generatora. Svrha primene uređaja GRPRS je: i) ravnomerno odazivanje agregata na promene u EES, ii) sprečavnje rada generatora u delovima pogonske karte u kojima može doći npr. do pregrevanja (i vremenom oštećenja) krajnjih paketa limova statora, iii) vraćanje radne tačke generatora nakon poremećaja u radnu tačku pre poremećaja. Paralelan rad dva uređaja predstavlja kritični režim rada sa aspekta mogućeg prelivanje reaktivne snage između elektrana pa je testiran na simulacionom polju koje je razvijeno za ove potrebe. Simulaciono polje obuhvata simulator u kome su modelovani svi blokovi i delovi mreže priključeni na 400kV-ni nivo u trafostanici „Obrenovac“ i razvodno postrojenje „Mladost“. Ispitivanja su pokazala da su ispunjeni uslovi za paralelan rad uređaja GRPRS i pri tome je dobijen stabilan odziv u uslovima koji odgovaraju realnoj eksploataciji.
