A game design document describing collaborators, credits, materials, implementations, and workflows of the FAIR Game. The FAIR Game is a training resource to increase understanding of the benefits of implementing the FAIR data principles. The game takes the user through a journey of linking patient data across different rare disease registries. The registries differ in location, language and patients. The user must find a drug that treats his/her patient by researching several registries. The challenge is to achieve that without FAIR data, and the solution includes unblocking the "ontology room", where after data is made FAIR, a federated analysis of FAIR data in real-time is possible. With the ontology room enabled, the solution is instantaneous.
