Downsampled ds000017 fMRIPrep dereivatives for testing

Data from sub-1 and sub-2 are included. The dataset is chosen as it contains multiple sessions, multiple tasks, and multiple runs. The volume metric files are downsampled to size (50, 59, 50) with the script `downsample.py`.
