Im ersten Teil befindet sich der Lehrplan, die Verteilung des Unterrichts unter den Lehrern und eine Übersicht über die während des Schuljahres erledigten Lehraufgaben nach Jahresstufe geordnet. Gleiches wurde über die Nebenfächer im technischen Bereich protokolliert. Hinzu kommen Informationen über die Finanzierungen von Behörden und Stiftungen, sowie über die Schulchronik und die Sammlung von Lehrmitteln. Aufgelistet werden persönliche Daten der Abiturienten. Der allgemeine Schülerbestand, das Durchschnittsalter, die Religions- und Heimatzugehörigkeit sind tabellarisch erfasst. Zuletzt werden Mitteilungen an die Eltern verkündet, gefolgt von dem Anhang, in welchem Übersichten zu den Schulbüchern und ein Verzeichnis der Lehrer zu finden sind. The first part contains the curriculum, the distribution of lessons among the teachers and an overview of the teaching tasks completed during the school year, arranged according to year level. The same was recorded about the subsidiary subjects in the technical area. In addition, there is information about funding from authorities and foundations, as well as about the school chronicle and the collection of teaching materials. Personal data of the school-leavers is listed. The general pupil population, average age, religious affiliation and home country are recorded in tabular form. Finally, notices to parents are announced, followed by the appendix, in which overviews of the textbooks and a list of teachers can be found.
