Open Data-gestützte Methoden zur Ermittlung des Arbeitskräftepotenzials für Rad und ÖV

Abstract

Zur Ermittlung des Arbeitskräftepotenzials der Logistikpotenzialflächen im Regionalverband Großraum Braunschweig werden zwei Methoden entwickelt, die räumlich hochaufgelöst (100 m GeoGrid) und Open Data-gestützt die erreichbare Bevölkerung für den ÖV und Radverkehr ermitteln. Zur Modellierung der Reisezeiten im ÖV wird der OpenTripPlanner verwendet, der intermodale Wegeketten abbilden kann. Für das Radrouting werden frei verfügbare Höhendaten, sowie Informationen aus OpenStreetMap herangezogen, um ein für den Radverkehr angepasstes Netzmodell in der OpenSourceRoutingMachine verwenden zu können. Durch die räumlich hochaufgelöste Berechnung der Reise- und Fahrzeiten können Hinweise zur Verbindungs- und Erschließungsqualität der Modi gegeben werden, die entscheidende Plangrößen zur Verbesserung des Arbeitskräftepotenzials sind.
