To maximize the exploitation and the impact of the project results, the consortium is committed to follow a clear and comprehensive communication, dissemination and exploitation (C&D&E) strategy. Effective communication and dissemination, aiming to maximise the reach of the project’s results will be conducted in WP6, led by CAP who will act as dissemination manager. Communication activities will be focused on raising awareness regarding project work and results and directed to a broad audience. Dissemination will target specific audiences to enable the use and uptake of project results. Dissemination will be closely linked to the exploitation strategy of AWARE2ALL, led by VICOM, who will monitor IPR. The present Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (C&D&E Plan) defined at M6 lists all planned dissemination and communication activities, tools and channels defined in the proposal, and matches them with target stakeholders categories and key performance indicators. This plan will be a reference for all the AWARE2ALL consortium. The performance of the plan will be assessed each 10 months, with two follow-up deliverables (D6.4 in M16, D6.5 in M26), in which the plan will be adjusted and updated. In the final review in M36.
