treeArches: reference models &amp; latent space

treeArches is a framework around scArches and scHPL to create and extend a reference atlas and the corresponding classification tree. This repository contains the models used for data integration, the latent spaces created, and the trained classification for the HLCA. The treeArches reproducibility GitHub can be used to reproduce all results.
