Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kiberjinoyat tushunchasi va bu kabi jinoyatlarni oldini olish maqsadida qabul qilingan milliy qonunchilik hujjatlari va xalqaro standartlar, shuningdek rivojlangan davlatlarda kiberxavfsizlik hodisalarini oldini olishga qaratilgan say-harakatlar haqida so’z yuritildi. O’zbekiston Respublikasi Jinoyat kodeksda belgilangan kiberjinoyatlar deb hisoblangan jinoyatlar qayd etildi va ularni obyekt jihatdan tasniflash to’g’ridagi olimlarning fikrlari o’rganildi.
