Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O`zbekistonda qonun ustuvorligini ta`minlash masalalari, so`z va ma`tubot erkinligi, milliy davlat boshqaruvida qonunlarga e`tibor masalalariga e`tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek konstitutsiyamizning qabul qilinish jarayonlaridagi huquqiy qarashlar ilgari surilgan.
