The data describe 70 Prunus avium trees in agroforestry systems in South-Western Germany. The parameters were estimated using a combination of terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and quantitative structure models (QSMs). To reconstruct the QSMs, the TreeQSM software was used (https://github.com/InverseTampere/TreeQSM). The given values are the mean values of the respective variables over 30 QSMs per tree.
