Abstract

Dunyo mamlakatlari bo'yicha so'nggi yillarda yurak qon – tomir tizimi kasalliklari aholi oʻrtasida keng tarqalib bormoqda. Ekologiya oʻzgarishi, atrof – muhitning ifloslanishi, turli – xil zaharli kimyoviy moddalar miqdorinig ortishi, zararli odatlar, ovqatlanish tartibining buzilishi, kunlik jismoniy mehnatning kamligj, kun tartibining togʻri yoʻlga qoʻyilmaganligi va bir nechta omillar yurak qon – tomir sistemasi kasalliklariga chalinish xavfini orttiradi. Kasallikni oldini olish va davolash uchun inson oʻzini zararli odatlardan cheklashi, toʻgʻri ovqatlanishi va hayot tarzini toʻgʻri yoʻlga qoʻyishi kerak. Bugungi kunda prezidentimiz Shavkat Mirziyoyev tomonidan yurak qon – tomir kasalliklarini oldini olish va davolaash tizimini takomillashtirish yangi dastur ishlab chiqish mutlaqo yangi tizimga oʻtish kabi bir qancha qonunlarni joriy qilmoqda. Buning natijasida esa aholi oʻrtasida kasallikka chalinish xavfi sezilarli ravishda kamayadi.
