</script>This guide captures experience and learning from the vanguard programme designed to support widespread adoption of Résumé for Research and Innovation (R4RI)- like narrative CVs across the Research and Innovation (R&I) community. The programme has been highly successful, achieving and exceeding its initial ambitions, and it has attracted interest from the global community, not just in what has been achieved, but how. This document pulls out the key learnings from the process as a potential help to others.
