Code for Circos plots showing the distribution of TCR types

Abstract

This code is used to generate the circus plot to track the TCR clonal evolution before and after treatment in the mouse model. This study is the single-cell TCR sequencing of the normal and HCC tumors in 8 mouse samples. The script gets the TCR clone information from the TCR contig result table and builds links between the single cells sharing the same TCR CDR3. In this code, the top 30 highly abundant CDR3 clones were highlighted by the rainbow colors.
