NEMO source code and namelists to generate the vertical grid of the GOSI9-szt model. Diego Bruciaferri, Catherine Guiavarc’h, Helene T. Hewitt, James Harle, Mattia Almansi and Pierre Mathiot. Localised general vertical coordinates for quasi-Eulerian ocean models: the Nordic overflows test-case, submitted to JAMES. The following code are included: DOMAINcfg: NEMO v4.0.4 DOMAINcfg tool source code and namelists to generate the vertical grid GOSI9-szt analysed in the paper. This includes both the idealised and realistic setup. In order to generate the idealised domain_cfg.nc file, create a soft link from bathy_meter_szt48_ideal.nc to bathy_meter.nc and for the realistic case bathy_meter_szt48.nc to bathy_meter.nc (e.g. ln -s bathy_meter_szt48_ideal.nc bathy_meter.nc).
