Beurteilung In Integrativen Schulen: Kompetenzfördernd Unterrichten Mit Dem Lehrplan 21

Abstract

Fragen zum Beurteilen und Bewerten in der Schule werden häufig kontrovers diskutiert. Der Fachbericht dient der Verständigung über diese Thematik. In erster Linie werden Fachleute der Bildungspolitik und Bildungsverwaltung, Dozierende an Pädagogischen Hochschulen sowie Schulleiterinnen und Schulleiter angesprochen. Sowohl ein umfassendes Integrationsverständnis als auch die Einführung des kompetenzorientierten Lehrplans 21 beeinflussen die Gestaltung von Schule und Unterricht und damit auch Beurteilungsprozesse. Im Bericht werden diese beiden Aspekte erläutert sowie in der Praxis genutzte und diskutierte Instrumente der Leistungsfeststellung (Orientierungsarbeiten, Beurteilungsraster und Rubrics, standardisierte Tests) und der Diagnostik (diagnostische Tests, Standardisiertes Abklärungsverfahren, P-Scales und SECEL) vorgestellt. Es wird analysiert, welche Bedeutung den verschiedenen Instrumenten in Bezug auf die unterschiedlichen Funktionen der Beurteilung zukommt. Schliesslich werden acht Folgerungen für die Ausgestaltung einer kompetenzfördernden Beurteilung abgeleitet.
