Abstract

Annotatsiya. Maqolada boshlangʻich sinf oʻquvchilarining oʻqish savodxonligini baholash va xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi haqida so‘z yuritilgan. Shuningdek, PIRLS xalqaro tadqiqoti, oʻqish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan muammolar, rivojlangan mamlakatlarning ta’lim samaradorligiga erishish omillari aytib o‘tilgan. Bundan tashqari aniqlangan muammolar boʻyicha xorijiy tajriba oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqotlar natijasida oʻqish savodxonligini baholash boʻyicha tahlil natijalari keltirilgan.
