VoltVew 1.0 is an analysis package written in MATLAB by the Fuzik Laboratory at Karolinska Institute."VoltView_README.pdf" describes the installation of VoltView 1.0 and its dependencies (MATLAB 2021, bfmatlab, Anaconda3, Cellpose 1.0 in Python 3.8). We included example files: The ".CXD" video files were generated with a Hamamatsu Orca Fusion-BT camera. Imaging frame rate was 600 Hz. Imaging magnification was 10X. Each video file contains an all-optical voltage imaging experiment looking at periaqueductal gray (PAG) neurons during optogenetic stimulation of ventromedial hypothalamic terminals in the PAG. Each experiment has 7 sweeps, each sweep has a baseline (0.5 s), a 20 Hz optogenetic terminal stimulation with 2 ms light pulses (1s), and a follow up (~0.9 s). Other details and parameters are described in the manuscript "Voltage-Seq: all-optical postsynaptic connectome-guided single-cell transcriptomics" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.11.09.515875v2)

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
