Abstract

Dunyohamjamiyatiga e’tibor qaratadigan bo’lsak, axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanib sodir etilayotgan jinoyatlar soni kun sayin ortib bormoqda. Shu sababli axborot texnologiyalar orqali ya’ni kiberjinoyatlarni oldini olish ularni sodir etish mexanizmini, motiv va maqsadini hamda uni sodir etgan shaxslarni aniqlash maqsadida davlat va jamiyat hayotini raqamlashtirish, barcha tarmoqlar va sohalarda bo’lgani kabi, davlat boshqaruvi va ijtimoy-iqtisodiy sohalarda zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini keng joriy etish boʻyicha kompleks chora-tadbirlarini joriy etish va unda yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar hamda ularning yechimlarini ishlab chiqish lozimligi haqida ushbu maqolada yoritiladi.
