Abstract

Ҳуқуқий давлат ва жамият равнақининг асосий омилларидан бири инсон ҳуқуқлари ва қонуний манфаатларини самарали ҳимоя қилувчи институтларнинг равнақ топганлигидадир. Ўзбекистон Республикасининг 2017 йил 6 сентабрдаги “Суриштирув институти такомиллаштирилиши муносабати билан Ўзбекистон Республикасининг айрим қонунларига ўзгартириш ва қўшимчалар киритиш тўғрисида”[1]ги Қонунинг қабул қилиниши терговга қадар текширув фаолиятини жиноят процессида алоҳида институт сифатида шаклланишида муҳим аҳамият касб этади.
