Abstract

Main codes for simulations and visualizations in "Siderophore-mediated iron partition promotes dynamical coexistence between cooperators and cheaters". Simulations were performed in Matlab, you can test "run_cheater_cooperator.mlx"; ternary plots were plotted by the ggtern package in R, youcan run "ternary plot.ipynb" with jupyter notebook.
