O IMPACTO DA PANDEMIA DO COVID-19 NA SAÚDE DOS ENFERMEIROS: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Abstract

RESUMO Introdução: Em 2020 a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) declarou pandemia de COVID-19. Serviços de saúde ficaram sobrecarregados, afetando a atuação dos enfermeiros, levando as instituições a buscarem novos meios de organização para se adaptarem ao cenário. Objetivo: Identificar os aspectos negativos e positivos do impacto da pandemia do COVID-19 na saúde dos enfermeiros. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados LILACS, PubMed e Science Direct, na linguagem portuguesa, inglesa e espanhola, publicados entre os anos de 2020 a 2022. Foram utilizadas seis etapas: 1) elaboração da questão de pesquisa; 2) escolha das bases de dados e critérios para inclusão e exclusão de estudos; 3) determinar as informações a serem extraídas dos artigos selecionados; 4) análise dos artigos incluídos na revisão; 5) interpretação dos resultados; 6) apresentação da síntese do conhecimento. Resultados: No total 624 artigos encontrados, todos pesquisados no mesmo período do mês de setembro de 2022, sendo 30 produções na base de dados do LILACS, 146 na base de dados do PUBMED e na base do Science Direct foram 448, constituindo uma amostra de 11 estudos. Considerações finais: Os aspectos negativos, com maior relevância, relacionados ao impacto da pandemia foram estresse ocupacional, incerteza sobre o futuro, déficit na educação popular e vulnerabilidade psicológica. E os aspectos positivos foram: a união da equipe, as estratégias de enfrentamento da pandemia e a valorização do profissional enfermeiro.
