Abstract

EGI-ACE is one of the service provider projects of EOSC. EGI-ACE delivers over 30 services that form the ‘EOSC Compute Platform’ (ECP) and thematic services that rely on the ECP to provide scalable data analytics environments for domain researchers. Majority of the EGI-ACE services are managed through the ISO 20K compliant Service Management System (SMS) of the EGI Foundation. This deliverable introduces this SMS and offers guidance to those new providers who want to join the EOSC Compute Platform so that they can understand how to comply with the SMS processes. The document also provides an overview of the interfaces between the EGI-ACE SMS and the EOSC Core SMS.
