Abstract

Insoniyat vujudga kelgandan buyon insonlarga nisbatan qadimdan bo’lib kelayotgan zo’ravonlikni, zulm va shafqatsizliklarni oldini olish, ulardagi qo’rquv va vaxshiylikni yo’qotish, shuningdek, ularning huquq va erkinliklarini qonun bilan kafolatlash, inson huquqlariga nisbatan hurmat hissini uyg’otish, huquqbuzarliklardan himoya qilinish yo’llari va vositalarini izlab kelmoqda. Albatta, yuqoridagi muammolar dunyoning rivojlangan mamlakatlarida inson huquqlarini ta’minlovchi yagona huquq tizimini yaratishga asos bo’ldi. Ya’nikim, bu tizim inson huquq va erkinliklarini har qanday buzilishini sud tomonidan himoya qilinishi, shu bilan birgalikda, ularning umumiy qadriyatlari, ayollar va bolalar huquqlarini qonun bilan kafolatlash, demokratik jamiyat qurish va xalqaro hamkorlikda inson huquqlariga e’tibor berilishini nazarda tutadi.
